It's even possible the problem is unrelated to it. Does it boot natively, or is installed under Windows, or.? In what operating system are you running "Macrium Reflect"? The reason for asking is that the mere act of backing up should not have caused an inability to boot, but as I wrote I have no idea what that product does or how it does it.
